Baring Vostok ordered to sell 10% in Orient Express Bk to Avetisyan

BLAGOVESHCHENSK, May 17 (PRIME) -- The Arbitration Court of the Amur Region has ordered Evison Holdings Limited, which represents interests of fund Baring Vostok, to sell a 9.99% stake in Orient Express Bank to Artyom Avetisyan’s Finvision Holdings.

The court thus upheld a lawsuit of Finvision, in which it demanded that Evision fulfill a 2016 call option on this stake.

Evison lawyer Oleg Koida said the company will contest the court’s decision.
